Voiding A Transaction

If you wish for us to void a transaction that was made by error or without adding a Promo code keep in mind the following:

Although a transaction is voided, the card issuing bank will place the requested funds on hold. The hold on the funds will remain until it is removed by the card issuer.

The banks average to release funds is 7 days for Credit Cards and 3 days for debit cards; although some banks will hold the funds for up to 30 days. Check with your bank that issued the card for their specific policies.

What is the easiest way to deal with this?

The easiest way to handle this is to let the transaction settle in our Merchant Center (Takes 24 hours). And then we can make a partial refund in the case of a missing Promo code or a full refund if the case applies.
